How to use the pillow: The pillow is threaded onto the arm. When breastfeeding, the child's head is placed so that the ear lies over the hole on the top of the pillow. The hole is designed so that the child's ear does not get pinched, and ensures that the child lies firmly on the pillow. When bottle-feeding, the child's head will be placed in the hole on the top of the pillow, creating a stabilizing effect.
